Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is delivered properly and that you receive your package within our advertised delivery times, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address information provided at the purchase time is incorrect or entered incorrectly.
Processing Time
The processing time for all orders is separate from when the shipment arrives at its destination after the relevant carrier from our fulfillment center has picked it up. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.
Standard orders will take up to 2 business days after your payment has been authorized and verified. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
Returns are accepted 30 days after the order received date.

Please note that orders in the U.S. will usually take 4-6 business days from the date it is shipped out, however, it may take up to 12 business days depending on Holidays and local logistics. Not necessarily from the date it is placed, depending on the order's final destination.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Orders are handled and shipped from warehouses across the US according to the customer's address. We will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. We may opt for alternative carriers as needed to ensure timely shipping.
Our primary distribution center is situated at PO BOX 153201-1869, Tampa, FL 33684.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Notice
Our order cutoff time is 16:00, Mon. - Fri. Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Holiday Extension)
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from vibevitalize.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Out-of-stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s), not in stock.
Attention
The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame.
Please provide sufficient shipping address details to ensure accurate delivery. It would be better if your shipping address included the Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving emails containing order confirmation and shipping notifications. The phone number is required for being contacted by the delivery man if necessary.
Please note that Vibe Vitalize is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or blank mobile columns. Vibe Vitalize will not take non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons.
Please note that our shipping service providers will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or ship to outlying territories, remote areas & islands, or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weather. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, and normal service resumes soon after a holiday or extreme weather ends.
